At Custom Snappies, we stand by our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy—no questions asked.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item if you are not satisfied.
- To receive a refund, you must ship the item back to us at your expense.
- Your refund will be for the amount you actually paid for the product (excluding shipping fees).
- If you used a gift card, store credit, or promotional discount, your refund will reflect the actual amount paid out-of-pocket, not the full product price.
- We do not require the item to be in original condition—all returned products are donated.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt with a photo of the issue.
- We DO NOT replace defective/incorrect items with a different product. Instead, you may return it for a refund.
What Cannot Be Returned:
- Items that have been physically damaged beyond normal use (e.g., cut, burned, destroyed) may not be eligible for return.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
No Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges or replacements. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.
Order Cancellations:
- Due to our fast shipping process, orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of delivery.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier.
- Once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
